How to Use of Collocations as Verb and Noun

It is used as – To collocate: (verb) it means that some words appear more than once as compared to other word. And this frequency id not by chance. You can easily understand with an example that the word – “white” collocated with the word “coffee”.

The word collocation can also be used as a noun: this shows the combination of two or more words that are occurring frequently. You can see that “white coffee” is a collocation. It is used as a noun rather than a verb.
